AURORA HOME FURNITURE (AHF) This Sales Agreement applies to all sales. Pick-upAHF will contact you and schedule a pick up date for your purchased items after you have checked out. All in-stock Items will be ready for Pick-up within 2-7 Business days from the time you have placed your order. AHF is not responsible for merchandise after they are picked up and invoice is signed. Merchandise that is picked up may be in cartons and require assembly. Due to the nature of furniture shipped in cartons, we are unable to unpack cartons or assemble product for you. (please make sure to check all merchandise before leaving our store). Please be certain that the size of your vehicle will accommodate the furniture to be picked up. AHF is not responsible for loading or tie-down of merchandise, or the safe transportation of furniture to your home. if items does not fit customer is responsible for Items purchased. DeliveryAHF will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a delivery date. Approximately one (1) day prior to your scheduled delivery date, AHF will attempt to contact you by phone to confirm an estimated five (5) hour time window for your delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot take requests for time stops. AHF is not responsible for goods after the "Delivery Form" is signed which completes the delivery (please make sure to check all merchandise before signing). A delivery charge will be charged to customer(s). AHF In-Home Delivery does not include Assembly, please call for Quote. In preparation for your merchandise delivery, doorways should be measured to ensure clearance and rooms cleared so there is an unobstructed path between the point of entry to your home and the room where your new merchandise will be placed. A 35% restocking fee will be charged if items does not fit, and if delivery was made charges will apply also. Customer accepts full responsibility for any damage caused accidentally to property or Item. Due to liability issues, we cannot hoist merchandise, set up lamps, hang pictures or mirrors on walls, make electrical connections or move existing furniture, electronics, televisions, etc. Someone 18 years of age or older must be in home to receive delivery. ItemsMost of the time items are available in-stock, please call for an estimate time, most items are ready within 3-10 Business days. All sizes Listed are ApproximatelyCancellation/ReturnsIf Customer refuses or Cancelled an order there will be a 35% restocking fee plus Delivery charge will not be refunded, any remaining balances will be applied to in store credit as long as our personnel is still on the customer(s) premises. If delivery or pick-up has been made, customer can not return merchandise if opened from original packaging. AHF does not cover Property or Personal damage. AHF will not refund any down payment made on any layaway nor render any store credit or cash back. Any layaway that is past due will be automatically cancelled, AHF will not refund any Payments made on layaways. Any Damage goods will be replaced within 2-10 Business days (Monday-Friday) of Delivery time, if at time of pick-up or delivery there are any damaged goods you can not cancel the order, we will replace it. No cancellation without penalties. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on special order, Floor Sample Items, Clearance merchandise and Mattress. Warranty
